Kollywood star Vikram in Malaysia for a film shoot

Actor Vikram spotted in Malaysia.


20 Jan – South Indian movie star 'Chiyaan' Vikram is in Malaysia to shoot Anand Shankar's latest movie, "Iru Murugan".

The Star reported that the actor arrived on Monday and was spotted in Brickfields on Tuesday. Locations for the shoot are to be around Klang Valley and Malacca.

Local line producer from D'Cinema Sdn Bhd R., Siva, said that the entourage from Chennai is expected to be in Malaysia for 22 days. Siva added that 20 local crew members would be helping out with the shoot.

The 50-year-old versatile actor has starred in mega-blockbusters like "I", "Deiva Thirumagal", "Raavanan", and "Anniyan" and has always been praised for his unique roles and outstanding performances by critics.

The film also stars Nayanthara, who is expected to arrive here soon.

The movie is said to be a science fiction flick but no additional information was revealed.
