On the night after the end of World War II, a guy runs through the woods as he is chased by three masked men who are going after the scroll that he possessed. However, he is saved by the leader of a martial arts house called the `House of the Hundred Martial Arts`. What the leader of the house fails to realise is that he has brought in a troublesome danger that could bring his martial arts house to chaos.

The Good, the Bad and the Taboo

• One of the more decent local Chinese New Year movies which surpasses some of the other Hong Kong films this year.

• The film is also one of the few martial arts films made locally which is fairly entertaining and not too complicated.

• The cinematography, sound and colour effects of the film seems very professional and not to overly done.

• However, the film has a few dirty jokes which could only be understand by Chinese-speaking audience.
