16 Sep – Cinema Online is proud to be the first media to receive the official movie poster of Yusry Abdul Halim's "Cicakman 2 – Planet Hitam". The unveiling of the official poster sees the muscular red gecko hanging upside down from a ceiling overlooking the city of Metrofulus.

The poster is reminiscent of the iconic upside down clinging pose from the Sam Reimi's "Spider-Man" movies.

Last month, President Norman Abdul Halim announced the sequel's release date and premiered the official trailer at Planet Hollywood Kuala Lumpur. It is set to release nationwide this year on 11 December 2008 and the trailer can be viewed in Cinema Online's trailer section. Original actors from the first instalment reprise their roles in the anticipated "Cicakman 2 – Planet Hitam" starring Saiful Apek, Fasha Sandha and Aznil Nawawi.

"Cicakman 2 - Planet Hitam" is slated for nationwide release on 11 December 2008.
