11 Jun – To celebrate the opening of two new cinemas, Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) will be giving out free movie tickets to the public for their brand new GSC Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya as well as GSC Setia City Mall, Shah Alam before their official opening this 21 June 2012. Movie fans can redeem their movie tickets by printing out the image of the coupon in either black & white, or colour, and present it at GSC Paradigm Mall's or GSC Setia City Mall's Box-Office counter from 16 to 20 June starting from 10am onwards while stocks last. Valid only for only the movies that will be screened at the said outlet, one original coupon from GSC's official website or from the daily newspaper cinema listing page can be exchanged for two tickets. There is a maximum of four tickets redeemable per person on a first-come-first-served basis. The movie tickets redeemed must be on the same day of the desired movie screening date.
Those who manage to snag the coupons will stand a chance to choose a variety of blockbuster movies to watch at the 9-hall GSC Paradigm Mall, including "Wrath Of The Titans (3D)", "Star Wars (3D)", "Titanic (3D)", "Ghost Rider 2 (2D)", "Din Tao (2D)", "John Carter (2D)", "Mirror Mirror", "Namban" and "Jangan Pandang-Pandang". The 9-screen GSC Setia City Mall however has a slightly differing line-up that consists of; "Wrath Of The Titans (3D)", "Titanic (3D)", "Ghost Rider 2 (2D)", "The Hunger Games", "A Simple Life", "John Carter (2D)", "Mirror Mirror", "3" and "Adnan Sempit 2".
