"Anak Perjanjian Syaitan 2" is now haunting Cambodia's theatres

19 Dec - "Anak Perjanjian Syaitan 2" is going places, as it was revealed that the film is now showing in Cambodia.

On 17 December, Primeworks Studio announced the good news with their official Cambodian poster, writing, "Celebrating the success of Anak Perjanjian Syaitan 2, now entering the international market with a screening in Cambodia in Khmer!"

"Thank you to all of you who have supported the journey of this film!" it added.

Said 8TV Chief Operating Officer, Film & Content Distribution, Media Prima Television Network, Kevin Foo, the screening of "Anak Perjanjian Syaitan 2" in Cambodia marks another major success for the country's film industry.

"This success is the result of close collaboration between Grand Brilliance Studios and Primeworks Studios who continue to strive to bring local works to the global stage," he added. "We are also confident that this film will provide an extraordinary horror experience to audiences in Cambodia and continue to strengthen Malaysia's position in the global film world."

The Ahmad Idham-directed movie, which stars Eyka Farhana, Fasha Sandha and Alif Satar, was previously released in Pakistan, which received a warm reception from the audience.
