Meet the characters of "Kick-Ass 2"!

Hit-Girl and Kick-Ass are back for another hard-hitting film! This time, when Mindy Macready is forced to retire by her guardian Marcus, leaving her to navigate through the terrifying world of high-school life, Dave Lizewski joins a new team of superheroes wannabes. However, Chris D'Amico, eager to avenge his father's death at the hands of Kick-Ass, ditches his Red Mist persona to become The Mother F%&*^r and assembles his own group of supervillains.

The superheroes in "Kick-Ass 2" are not what we are used to after Batman, Superman and Iron Man. They are more colourful and cartoonish, which fits in with the theme of ordinary citizens wanting to be vigilantes to help make the world a better place. However, their character portraits are a departure from the usual visually packed posters that we have come to expect from films. Too bad there is no Jim Carrey in this set.
