Facts to know for upcoming "Star Wars" movies

On this very special "Star Wars" day, the Jedi and Sith geeks in our office have gathered all the juicy details you need to know of the upcoming "Star Wars" movies. Well, the near future ones that is. With Disney confirming that fans can look forward to a "decade and a half of stories" from the Space Opera franchise, it's time for you to be in the know of what is coming next, especially with "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" making its way to our screens this December! Read on to find out what we have gathered for you so far and 'May the Fourth be with you'!


Carrie Fisher set to appear in two more movies after her death. Her brother Todd Fisher has
confirmed that the actress had shot her part for the upcoming "Star Wars: The Last Jedi"
and unseen footage will be used for the ninth movie set for 2019 as her final appearance.


The Han Solo film will reveal how he actually got his name, how he became a smuggler
and how he possessed the Millennium Falcon. There is a plot twist to the story
as well as Han Solo is not actually the character's birth name.


Not only is Han Solo getting his own film, Disney has also confirmed a solo outing for Boba Fett.
Rumoured to be released in 2020, the story will chronicle on just the adventures of the bounty
hunter that might not involve any of the Skywalkers or the Jedi and Sith drama.
