Get to know who's who in the all-new "Hellboy"

Now showing in cinemas, expect a grittier version of "Hellboy", as this time around the title character and his allies battle an undead sorceress that plans to destroy all of mankind. What started out as a sequel to Guillermo del Toro's 2008's "Hellboy II: The Golden Army" and 2004's "Hellboy" turned into a full reboot instead in 2017 with Neil Marshall taking over the directing role. Reboot, of course, means new cast and new characters, so let's take a look at who's who in the brand new "Hellboy".


David Harbour replaces Ron Perlman as Hellboy, a powerful Cambion working for the
Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (B.P.R.D.).

Milla Jovovich is the evil Blood Queen, Nimue, an ancient medieval British sorceress
who is hell-bent on destroying mankind.


Ben Daimio, a military member of the B.P.R.D. who can turn into a jaguar, is played
by Daniel Dae Kim, after Ed Skrein declined the role due to whitewashing controversy.
