18 Nov – "Alvin And The Chipmunks" roadshow made its first pit stop at Tesco Prai, Penang last weekend (Nov 13-15) featuring a special appearance by a six-foot tall Alvin. It was an event not to be missed for movie fans as there were plenty of photo taking opportunities with the furry Alvin, who was a crowd favourite. Members of the public tried their hand at the 'Catch The Chipmunk' game, putting their hand-eye coordination skills to the test as they had to successfully throw hoops over the 'chipmunks' in order to score. Aside from that, colouring contests and Q&A sessions took to the stage, giving more opportunities for the crowd to get their hands on some movie freebies.
To be a part of the activities, be on the lookout for the next "Alvin And The Chipmunks" roadshow event heading to Tesco Extra, Ipoh from 20 to 22 November 2009. The roadshow will take place at several locations within the Peninsular Malaysia from November 2009 till January 2010. Watch this space for more roadshow dates and locations.
