15 Feb – Metrowealth (MIG) producer, David Teo's target of achieving 1 million viewers for "Adnan Sempit" is about to become reality when it has managed to rake up 895,559 viewers so far. According to Teo when met at his Chinese New Year open house recently in Shah Alam, the comedy flick has grossed over RM7.35 million and is expected to increase until the end of its screening run. Directed by Ahmad Idham, the film is underway to overtake highest grossing local film in Malaysia, "Jangan Pandang Belakang" (2007) with an approximate gross of RM7.5 million. Metrowealth (MIG) is set to produce 15 films this year, whereas 10 films are still waiting to be screened in 2010. Among them are "Niyang Rapik" (25 February 2010), "V3 Samseng Jalanan" (11 March 2010), "Semerah Cinta Stilleto (8 April 2010), "Zoo", "Jangan Pandang Belakang Congkak 2" and "Aku Masih Dara".
