22 Aug – One of Malaysia's premiere film exhibition companies, TGV Cinemas, has introduced their brand new movie marketing and distribution arm, TGV Pictures Sdn. Bhd. and their movie line-up for September. TGV Pictures aims to bring quality movies to the local market as well as assist in the growing content variety and overall growth of the Malaysian cinema market. So far, the movies that TGV Pictures will be distributing are Hollywood movies, which are "Riddick" starring Vin Diesel, "Closed Circuit" starring Eric Bana and Rebecca Hall, "Prisoners" starring Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal and Ron Howard's "Rush" starring Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Brühl. In other news, TGV recently launched their new LUXE hall, which is a rebranding of TGV CLUB in 1 Utama.
