"Transformers: Age Of Extinction" will still be released this 26 June 2014 on schedule.

25 Jun – Hollywood director Michael Bay recently addressed the issue concerning Chinese developer, Beijing Pangu Investment Co. Ltd.'s requests for the delay of the movie, as well as the removal of its properties and company logo from several scenes of the movie.

As reported on Mingpao News, during a press conference held at the Shanghai International Film Festival on 22 June, where the movie served as the closing film, Bay told the media that the release date of the film will remain as scheduled which is on 26 June 2014.

"We decided to cooperate with Pangu upon seeing its beautiful dragon-shaped top floor building," said Bay. "Right now, the two parties are settling the issue but the worldwide release date will be maintained on the original schedule."

When asked whether the issue with Beijing Pangu will affect the movie as a whole, the director expressed his confidence that the movie will be able to achieve great success whether some alterations were made or not.
