21 Aug – Bollywood actress Kajol Devgan expressed her happiness and excitement of being in Malaysia even though this is her first time visiting the country. The "My Name Is Khan" actress who was present at the launching ceremony of Astro Box Office Bolly One HD at Hotel JW Marriot, Kuala Lumpur said that the fans' reception toward her arrival has been very impressive. "As soon as I arrived, the warm welcomes that I've received have been endless. There is always somebody smiling and waving at me whenever they meet me." "The people here really welcome my visit, everyone around me has been very understanding and they do not force me or acts aggressively toward me, everything went smoothly and peacefully," said the actress when interviewed by local actress Lisa Surihani in the presence of actor Aaron Aziz.
Kajol was not in the company of her husband, Ajay Devgan, but she still took the chance to comment on the latter's latest film "Singham Returns". "I am very happy with his performance as DCP Bajirao Singham in this film directed by Rohit Shetty." "Clearly the storyline and the acting by Ajay as well as the other actors are very good and I love the film," said the actress, who is most known for her role as Anjali in the 1998 Bollywood hit "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai". In another update, Kajol will soon be back with her new film which will be released sometime next year.
