28 Mar – Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey will soon be seen starring in Sony Pictures' "The Billionaire's Vinegar". According to Deadline, the "Instellar" actor is attached to star in the film which will be based on Benjamin Wallace's book, "The Billionaire's Vinegar: The Mystery Of The World's Most Expensive Bottle Of Wine". The story tells of a scandal that ensued after several bottles of wine, '1787 Chateau Lafite Bordeaux', which were supposedly owned by Thomas Jefferson, were dismissed as fakes. The screenplays for the film will be written by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas, whose credits include "3:10 to Yuma" and "Wanted". Both of them are also the creators of TV shows "Chicago Fire", "Chicago PD" and their upcoming "Chicago Med". McConaughey is currently shooting for his next Civil War drama "The Free State of Jones" and will also star in the Gus Van Sant-directed film, "Sea of Trees". (Photo Source: comingsoon.net)
