26 Feb – The reboot of "Tomb Raider", the popular film series based on a video game franchise, has finally found itself a screenwriter. According to Deadline, "Divergent" writer Evan Daugherty will be penning the script for the upcoming reboot, which will be focusing on a younger Lara Croft going on her first adventure. Daugherty is no stranger to scripting female-led films as other than last year's "Divergent", he has also written for 2012's "Snow White and the Huntsman". However, there are no words yet about which young actress will be taking over Angelina Jolie's place as the titular character of the film. The first two films, "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" and "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life", were released back in 2001 and 2003. Both films grossed a combined total of over USD430 million worldwide at the box office.
