3 May– Rajinikanth fans in Malaysia who are awaiting the Indian superstar's upcoming movie, "Kabali", got a taste of the film via its recently released teaser trailer. Uploaded on 20 April 2016, the YouTube views for the trailer have already passed 7 million views. As the film was shot in Kuala Lumpur, several prominent locations of the city as well as Batu Caves are featured in the trailer. The 159th Rajinikanth film will also see Malaysian actors Datuk Rosyam Nor, Norman Hakim and Zack Taipan starring alongside the actor. Directed by Pa. Ranjith, "Kabali" follows the lives of a criminal group from India. "Kabali" is expected to be released in cinemas at the end of May.
