17 Mar - Henry Cavill, the handsome British actor who is well-known among DC Comics fans as The Man of Steel, had in a recent workout post on his Instagram page teased that he is working out to "be bigger than Green Lantern". Cavill's full post read, "Since I came off the ol' knee injury, I've been steadily increasing my training work load. I know it's irritating when people say this, but it genuinely does feel so good to be back in it. I'm not destroying myself every day. "[I'm] just working towards improvement by pushing hard enough to elicit change. Nothing funny to post here, it's deadly serious because I've got to make sure that I'm bigger than Green Lantern....Wait whaaat?"
This is also not the first time that the "Superman" actor has dropped a hint. Earlier this month, he posted two other photos with the caption "Kal looking for Hal" and the hashtag #GreenLantern. On the other hand, he has hit hard with these "Green Lantern" 'easter eggs', which may suggest that there might be an indication of truth to his posts. Hal Jordan's actor for the 2020 set rebooted "Green Lantern" film is yet to be confirmed at this point of time, but a current favourite to put on the green suit seems to be Cavill's co-star Armie Hammer from "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.". In the meantime, loyal DC Comics fans can catch the long awaited "Wonder Woman" this 1 June 2017 and "Justice League Part One" on 16 November 2017. (Photo Source: Screenrant.com)
