11 May – "Legion" creator Noah Hawley has cast the TV series' star Dan Stevens for a role in his upcoming feature directorial debut. Stevens is set to join the star-studded cast of "Pale Blue Dot", a sci-fi drama that takes place on Earth and in space, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The English actor is to portray a prominent character alongside other cast members, which include Academy Award winner Natalie Portman, Jon Hamm, and Zazie Beetz. "Pale Blue Dot" follows an astronaut who loses her romantic connections with her husband when she begins an affair with her fellow colleague upon returning to Earth. Stevens plays the husband while Portman plays his cheating wife. The movie has yet to have a release date but fans of Stevens can catch him in "Legion", a TV series set in the X-Men universe which is currently in its second season, and also in the upcoming "Apostle" directed by Gareth Evans.
