Chow Yun Fat injures head while filming new movie

Chow Yun Fat's head injury on set seems pretty serious.

12 Mar – Chow Yun Fat is such a good sport and a professional in his art, that he ended up calming everyone else down when he was the one injured during filming.

As reported on Epoch Times, the actor was recently filming a scene of his new movie with co-star Kenny Wong, in which his character was running away from the debt collector. The scene was wrapped up successfully, and everything seemed fine until the crew finally noticed that Chow was walking around with his hand on his forehead.

The crew immediately came to clean his wound after realising that Chow was bleeding from the left side of his forehead as he sat down on his chair.

However, while others were busy tending to him, Chow kept reassuring his wife and everybody on scene that he is fine, and even asked the director to continue filming other scenes first while he was getting treatment.

After a check-up, Chow was told by the doctor that the injury was an inch long and could easily get infected. The actor ended up getting five stitches on his forehead.

Chow stayed in the hospital for two hours before returning to the studio to continue with his scenes, winning everybody's admiration with his dedication.
