13 Feb - While fans might no longer see Chris Evans in his Captain America mode after this year, rest assured that the actor will continue to have a prominent presence on the big screen. Evans is currently in talks to star in Antoine Fuqua's thriller "Infinite", according to The Hollywood Reporter. The actor is set to play Evan Michaels, a troubled young man haunted by memories of past lives, who discovers a secret society of near-immortal men and women known as "the Infinite". They are reincarnated over the centuries and tasked with defeating an evil mastermind who plans on destroying the planet. The movie is adapted to screen by Ian Shorr, based on D. Eric Maikranz's 2009 novel "The Reincarnationist Papers". Fuqua, whose most recent movie was last year's "The Equalizer 2", will be directing the thriller for Paramount Pictures. Meanwhile, Evans will be seen – possibly for the last time – as Captain America in this year's "Avengers: Endgame".
