17 Dec – Remember how Chris Pratt went from that funny dude to that ripped funny dude after landing his "Guardians of the Galaxy" role?

Well, MCU's done it again because here's another star who emerges with a super jacked body after getting a gig as a Marvel superhero.

Kumail Nanjiani, whom you might remember as the small dude in "Stuber" (though, to be fair, anyone'd look small next to Dave Bautista) or the funny dude in "The Big Sick", is still funny but he's no longer that small.

The 41-year-old comedian-actor shared a couple of photos of his transformation for Marvels' "Eternals" on Instagram, along with a refreshingly honest caption that details the process of getting that muscular and thanked everyone who helped him achieve the look.

"I never thought I'd be one of those people who would post a thirsty shirtless, but I've worked way too hard for way too long so here we are," he posted.

"I found out a year ago I was going to be in Marvel's Eternals and decided I wanted to transform how I looked. I would not have been able to do this if I didn't have a full year with the best trainers and nutritionists paid for by the biggest studio in the world. I'm glad I look like this, but I also understand why I never did before. It would have been impossible without these resources and time."

He also jokingly promised his wife Emily V. Gordon, who had to endure a whole year of him talking only about dieting and working out, that he will "be interesting again some day".

Directed by Chloé Zhao, "Eternals" is currently filming and slated for release in November 2020.

Starring along with Nanjiani are Angelina Jolie, Don Lee, Gemma Chan, Kit Harington, Richard Madden, Salma Hayek, Brian Tyree Henry, Barry Keoghan, Lia McHugh and Lauren Ridloff, who will play MCU's first deaf superhero, Makkari.
