12 Feb – With many large-scale events forced to either reschedule or cancel due to the Coronavirus outbreak that has spread beyond China, Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART) is also now looking at postponing its dates. Originally planned to be held from 25 to 28 March 2020, the annual event will reportedly be moving to a different month, according to Content Asia. Mostly likely it will be held after summer, specifically in September, as it is believed that the virus' spread might be halted by warmer weather. The new dates have yet to be confirmed, pending announcement from the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), who has so far revealed news dates for other upcoming exhibitions that are set to be held in Hong Kong.
