28 June – Although he is the only Marvel superhero to have more than three standalone movies, Chris Hemsworth said that he is yet to tire of playing the Asgardian Thor Odinson. The actor, who is no longer under contract with Marvel Studios, recently spoke to Deadline at the red-carpet premiere of "Thor: Love and Thunder", saying that he still loves playing the superhero. "I will do it until someone says get off the stage," he joked.
In a previous interview, Hemsworth admitted that he had grown bored of Thor while working on the second film, that is before he collaborated with Taika Waititi, who revamped the superhero in 2017's "Thor: Ragnarok". "[Working with Waititi], it's something different each time, something fresh. And he's a dear friend. He has the same sort of immature quality I was talking about. In the best way possible," he said.
