29 Jun - Scream queen Emma Roberts is set to join Dakota Johnson in the upcoming movie, "Madame Web".

The actress, most known for her performances in the "American Horror Story" franchise, will be making her debut in the Sony Marvel universe, after recently wrapping up production on the rom-com, "Maybe I Do".

No details on what character she will play in the movie.

The upcoming film will star Johnson in the titular role, which will be different from the original comic book character who is depicted as an elderly woman.

Usually depicted as a supporting character in the "Spider-Man" comic book series, Madame Web was originally a clairvoyant and precognitive mutant named Cassandra Webb who helped Spider-Man find a kidnap victim.
