4 Apr – Daniel Wu is set to join Ke Huy Quan in the upcoming Universal Pictures' film, "With Love". The actor-turned-director will also star alongside Ariana DeBose in the upcoming film that sees Ke playing a starring role for the first time since winning an Oscar for "Everything Everywhere All At Once". The actor posted on Instagram, "Super excited to be joining @kehuyquan and a very talented cast and crew on With Love!"
Wu's last film was "Reminiscence", released in 2021. Meanwhile, he recently played Sun Wukong in the Disney+ series, "American Born Chinese". Prior to Hollywood, Wu, who was born in California, made a name for himself working in Hong Kong movies. Among his successful films include, "Gen-X Cops", "New Police Story", "Overheard" and "Shinjuku Incident". He then went on to produce and star in the action drama, "Into the Badlands". "With Love" is set for release on 7 February 2025.
