24 Jun - Jonathan Majors has finally found his first movie work since his conviction.

The actor will star in the upcoming Martin Villeneuve revenge thriller, "Merciless", about a CIA interrogator who is forced to defeat a malevolent force that has overtaken the woman he loves.

Martin Villeneuve is the younger brother of "Dune" filmmaker Denis Villeneuve.

Majors was found guilty of one count of misdemeanour third-degree assault and one count of second-degree harassment late last year, and was acquitted on another charge of assault and one of aggravated harassment.

He was sentenced to 52 weeks of domestic violence intervention programme and probation in April this year.

His last film prior to his conviction was "Creed III".
