19 Jun - He didn't bring sexy back, but Justin Timberlake sure brought celebrity DUI back, after getting arrested for just that in the Hamptons.

On 18 June, the 43-year-old singer, who is currently in the middle of a world tour - was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, with his condition had him running a stop sign and swerving out of his lane.

Timberlake was also said to have told the police that he only had one martini and followed his friends home, while also refusing to take a Breathalyser test three times.

Court records stated that the singer's eyes were "bloodshot and glassy" and that there was a "strong odour of an alcoholic beverage" from his breath.

Meanwhile, sources stated that Timberlake was having dinner with friends at the American Hotel prior to the DUI incident.

Timberlake was released without bail and was given a court date scheduled for 26 July.

The singer is scheduled to perform next in Chicago on 21 June.
