7 May - MK doesn't mind being hated for the role he is playing in the new movie, "Rebel: Berontak Untuk Berotak".

The K-Clique member, who plays the antagonistic Bono in the new movie, said that he felt honoured to have been offered a role in the film, directed by Datuk Awie himself.

"Bono is an antagonistic character because he lives in the squatters and is exposed to negative environment," he explained. "I won't be bothered if people hate my character since it's just a character."

Speaking about his experience working with the legendary rocker Awie, MK said that he was quite nervous at first.

"I didn't expect him to be so kind and very professional on set. Even if we did something wrong, he would come and explained to us in such a good way," he said.

The movie has Ben Amir playing the role of Luka, who finds himself dragged into the life of hooliganism due to circumstances, despite trying his best to live a straight life.
