23 Oct - Following news that Christopher Nolan is set to helm a new event feature; it was revealed that Tom Holland has now been cast in the project.

The "Spider-Man" actor will be working alongside Matt Damon, who has also inked a deal to star in the top secret movie that is being written and will be directed by the "Oppenheimer" director.

Universal Pictures has also set a release date of 17 July 2026.

Not much has been released in terms of details about the project, but sources are saying that it will not be a story about the present day.

This will be Nolan's first project since he won his first Oscar for "Oppenheimer".

Meanwhile, Holland was last seen in the TV miniseries, "The Crowded Room".
