24 Nov - Cynthia Erivo recently admitted that she wasn't really thinking when she protected her "Wicked" co-star Ariana Grande from her harasser, Johnson Wen.

The actress, who sat down for an interview with "Today," was asked about the incident that occurred during the red carpet of "Wicked: For Good" at the Universal Studio Singapore.

"I wasn't really thinking," she expressed. "I just wanted to make sure my friend was safe. I'm sure he didn't mean us harm, but you never know with those things. I just wanted to make sure she was okay."

"That was my first instinct," she added.
