14 Mar - Venkat Prabhu recently addresses rumours of a sequel to his Vijay-starrer, "The Greatest of All Time" by saying that he can't confirm anything for now.

In a post shared by Thalapathy Films, the director, who attended an award event recently, was asked about the rumours of a sequel called "GOAT vs OG", to which he responded, "I will give GOAT vs OG update after 2026."

The response seemed to suggest that any possibility of a sequel would be determined by Vijay's political success, after it was previously announced that the actor will be contesting the 2026 Tamil Nadu Elections.

Meanwhile, Vijay is on to his final film with H. Vinoth titled, "Jaya Nayagan", which reportedly will feature cameos from stars including directors Lokesh Kanagaraj, Atlee and Nelson Dilipkumar.

The Venkat Prabhu film, which was released in 2024 and stars Vijay in a dual role, became the highest grossing Tamil film of 2024.
