2 Sep - The new "Ice Age" has finally found its official title, and it is now called "Ice Age: Boiling Point".

The news was announced at the Destination D23 event, which was held in Orlando, Florida on 30 August, with its theatrical release date being 5 February 2027.

The news came months after it was announced that there will be a new "Ice Age" film.
The last
The last "Ice Age" film was 2016's "Collision Course"
The story of the new animated feature read, "Ice Age: Boiling Point is a dinosaur-and-lava-filled madcap adventure that takes Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie, Scrat and the rest of the herd to visit never-before-seen corners of the treacherous Lost World."

Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, John Leguizamo and Denis Leary will all return as Manny, Ellie, Sid and Diego, characters they have voiced since the first film in 2002.

The franchise has four other sequels with the last one being "Collision Course" in 2016, as well as other spinoffs including the Disney+ series, "Ice Age: Scrat Tales" (2022).
