13 Aug - Former "Internet boyfriend" Noah Centineo is revealed to have been attached to star in the Rambo prequel, "John Rambo".

Sources stated that the actor will be playing the titular role in the movie which will be helmed by Jalmari Helander ("Sisu"). The movie is penned by Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani of "Black Adam" fame.

It was said that the upcoming movie will be shot in Thailand in 2026, with Lionsgate, which has released the past two "Rambo" films, possibly to fund the project.

While the plot is under wraps, it was said to be revolving around a young John Rambo during the Vietnam War.

Centineo, known for movies like "Black Adam" and "To All the Boys I Loved Before", was last seen in "Our Hero, Balthazar".
