20 Feb – It looks like there will be a new Salman Khan movie this coming Eid, as the actor has now wrapped up filming "Sikandar". A source revealed the good news to the media recently, saying, "The final leg of shooting was completed smoothly at YRF. Salman wrapped up his portions on Sunday, and the team is now focused on post-production." "The film is shaping up to be a grand action spectacle," the source added.
The upcoming action flick is directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Yash Raj Films. It is said that the team is planning to begin promoting the movie by the end of February. "A new poster will be released on producer Sajid Nadiadwala's birthday, followed by a new teaser in the coming weeks, and in the first week of March, the trailer could be unveiled, creating excitement leading up to the Eid release. As of now, the edit on the film is going on in full swing," said the source. It is a tradition for Salman to release a new movie on Eid since the late 2000s, beginning with "Wanted" in 2009, followed by "Dabangg", "Bodyguard", "Ek Tha Tiger", "Bhajrangi Bhaijaan" and many others.
