Vijay's swansong "Jana Nayagan" to be released on Pongal 2026

"Jana Nayagan" marks Vijay's cinematic farewell

26 Mar - Vijay's final film is set to be released on Pongal 2026.

The news was shared by the actor himself, who unveiled the poster of "Jana Nayagan" with the date of the worldwide release to be 9 January.

The movie has been reported to be his final film before the actor fully enters into politics.

It was earlier this year that the production team shared the first-look photo of Vijay in the film. The poster had him standing on top of the car while taking a selfie with a crowd of people in white behind him.

The H. Vinoth film will also star Bobby Deol and Pooja Hegde among others.
