Silambarasan TR and director Ashwath Marimuthu's STR51 project pushed to next year

10 Jun - It looks like fans will have to wait a bit more for the Ashwath Marimuthu-Silambarasan TR collaboration, as it was revealed that their project together will begin production only next year.

According to co-producer Archana Kalpathi, the director has already completed the screenplay for their upcoming "STR51" project, which is revealed to be a fantasy-action film. However, at the same time, it was reported that Ashwath has also been hired to work on the screenplay of Rajinikanth's 173rd film, replacing Cibi Chakravarthy.

Since Silambarasan is also busy filming his new movie, "Arasan," production on the said project will only start once the two parties are free to work on it.

Earlier, Ashwath revealed that the story is rooted on the concept of paradise, with comedy actor Santhanam playing an important role as well.

It is noted that this will be the first fantasy-action project for the actor, who has starred in mostly action dramas.
