4 Feb - Eleven years after her last film, director Nancy Meyers is back with a new movie.

The filmmaker, whose last feature film project was 2015's "The Intern," will be writing a new movie that she will direct for Warner Bros.

The project reported has already cast Penélope Cruz, Kieran Culkin, Jude Law, Emma Mackey and Owen Wilson.

It was also revealed that the movie will be a new version of a cancelled project with Netflix that Meyers was working on called "Paris Paramount," which she described to be about a group of people making a film and the magic and mystery "that we do".

Meyers is known for directing through "the female gaze" and centers mostly on the experiences of middle-aged women through movies like "What Women Want," "Something's Gotta Give," "The Holiday," and "Father of the Bride".
