7 Jan - Three months after announcing that they are ending their marriage, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are now officially divorced.

In a legal filing obtained by the media, it was confirmed that Kidman and Urban have agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support, which meant that both parties are responsible for their own expenses.

As for their properties, the two parties will be dividing them to their mutual satisfaction.

Kidman and Urban tied the knot in 2006

When it comes to the custody of their teen children Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, Urban will have the kids every other weekend, while Kidman will be taking care of them most of the time.

The documents stated, "Each party indicates that he or she does not want to proceed with formal discovery, including completing interrogatories and requests for production of documents, or discovery depositions, that are designed to discover assets and debts."

Kidman married Urban in 2006, five years after her high-profile divorce from Tom Cruise.

The couple's two daughters are Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret
