24 Jun - "Polong" continues to make bank, as it was revealed that the movie has now made RM15 million at the local box office.

The news was announced by Primeworks Studios on 22 June, stating, "Thank you to everybody who has been a part of this incredible journey. Every ticket bought, every review shared, and every support that has been given, has brought POLONG to another meaningful achievement."

"15 million is not just a number, but proof of the great support from Malaysian fans towards POLONG. Thank you for being there with us," it added.

The movie, released on 28 May, tells the story of a woman named Maria Hadi, who uses black magic in order to gain wealth and popularity. It stars Mimi Lana, Jun Lojong, Fad Anuar and Nadiya Nisaa among others.

The film was made with a budget of RM3 million.
