30 Jan - Aishwarya Rajinikanth recently confirmed that her father, the superstar Rajinikanth is currently writing his own autobiography.

Speaking to the media during the promotions of her new rom-com, "With Love," the filmmaker confirmed rumours of an upcoming book, saying, "For our dear Thalaiva, the man who paved his own way through hard work, he has already begun writing his life history, begging from his struggles as a bus conductor in Bengaluru to becoming a sexy superstar in Kollywood."

"The book would narrate the important turning points in his life that people are curious to know," she added.

Aishwarya also believes that the book will become a global phenomenon once it's published. However, she gave no information as to the time frame for publishing.

The Tamil superstar was last seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj's "Coolie". He is currently working on "Jailer 2", directed by Nelson Dilipkumar.
