6 Feb - After the success of the first movie, it was revealed that Ranbir Kapoor is set to return to the sequel of Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 2023 film, "Animal".

The news was confirmed by the filmmaker himself during a virtual media interaction on 4 February, with Sandeep saying that the film will begin production after he completes shooting his current film, "Spirit".

He also revealed the title to be "Animal Park".

"There will be more animals in the film because Aziz is another animal. So, keeping that in mind, it's a war between the two brothers now to look alike, so I thought Animal Park would be the right title. We'll start shooting in mid-2027," he added.

Ranbir is set to reprise his role as Ranvijay Singh as well as Aziz, the antagonist that was introduced in the first film.

"Sandeep and I keep chatting through the week or month, discussing different ideas. I really can't wait to get back to playing Ranvijay and Aziz," said Ranbir.
