"Sinners" steals the show at the Actor Awards

2 Mar - Unlike most of the results in this award seasons, "Sinners" has emerged the big winner at the Actor Awards, previously known as SAG Awards.

The movie, helmed by Ryan Coogler, brought home the top prize for Best Ensemble in a Motion Picture, besting frequent winner "One Battle After Another". Its lead actor Michael B. Jordan also defeated Timothee Chalamet in the category of Best Lead Actor.

An apparently surprised Jordan expressed, "Just being in this room right now with all these people who saw me grow up in front of the camera...I feel the love and support that you've always given me and encouraged me to go on and do my best."

Meanwhile, Jessie Buckley continues to reign as the best lead actress, as she won her latest Best Actress accolade for "Hamnet".

Best Stunt Ensemble: Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning
