The Fab Four actors recreate Abbey Road cover

18 Aug - It is not a Beatles movie without the stars reenacting the iconic Abbey Road photo.

And that's what the four stars of the upcoming Sam Mendes-directed biopic did over the weekend, when they were captured shooting on Abbey Road in the St. John's Wood neighbourhood of northwest London.

In a video shared on social media on 16 August, actors Harris Dickinson, Paul Mescal, Joseph Quinn and Barry Keoghan were seen recreating the iconic album cover. All four can be seen dressed similarly to the original members, who shot the photo for their 11th studio album, "Abbey Road".

The four stars were cast last year for Sam Mendes' multi-part Beatles biopic, titled "The Beatles - A Four-Film Cinematic Event". Mescal stars as Paul McCartney, Quinn plays George Harrison, Barry Keoghan portrays Ringo Starr and Harris Dickinson plays John Lennon.

Other cast members include Anna Sawai as Yoko Ono, Aimee Lou Wood as Pattie Boyd, Saoirse Ronan as Linda McCartney, and Mia McKenna-Bruce as Maureen Starkey.
