Japanese Film Festival Online 2022

The Japanese Film Festival Online is returning in 2022! The online festival goes live on JFKL's website from 14 to 27 February 2021.

But before that, a pre-festival showcasing 5 of the most popular titles from last year's online festival will be screened for free. The pre-festival starts 15 November to 21 November 2021.

A total of 20 titles are available for streaming by Malaysian movie-lovers during the 14 days, consisting of movies from previous editions of JFF as well as several new titles.

Notes:
  • JFF Online 2022 titles are available 14 - 27 Feb 2022.
  • Pre-festival titles are available 15-21 Nov 2021.
  • Titles are available to stream via this link: https://jff.jpf.go.jp/watch/jffonline2022/malaysia/
  • Malay subtitles are included. However, for some titles, only English subtitles will be available.
  • Each title is available to stream for 48 hours after clicking the Play button. After the 48-hours, the film will no longer be viewable.
  • On the last day of the festival, all streaming will close at 23:59 JPT (22:59 MYT) regardless of the time remaining.
