Remy is an introverted paramedic who has no luck with the ladies and is always getting bullied by his co-workers. At the same time, he is also short of cash. In other words, Remy is a loser. One day, Remy saves the life of a gang leader named Megat. To repay him, Megat offers Remy a position in his gang. At first, Remy refuses, but after numerous threats, he gives in. Remy, who was once a loser, rises now as a gangster...
Filem ini mengisahkan Remy, seorang paramedik pendiam dan lemah yang sentiasa dibuli oleh rakan sekerja. Pada masa yang sama, dia sering kekurangan duit. Pada satu hari, Remy telah menyelamatkan nyawa seorang ketua gangster bernama Megat. Bagi membalas jasanya, Megat telah menawarkan kedudukan dalam kumpulannya kepada Remy. Pada mulanya, Remy enggan menerima tawaran tersebut tetapi selepas diugut, dia akhirnya mengalah.
