Ju On 3: Beginning Of The End

The seventh installment of "Ju On" franchise is also a reboot of the story focusing on the deceased Saeki family and its curse. Yui, an elementary school teacher visits the home of a boy named Toshio Saeki who has been absent from school for a long period of time. When she arrives, she re-lives the horrifying events that occurred in the Saeki household 10 years earlier.
Mengisahkan keluarga Saeki dan sumpahan yang perlu dihadapi oleh seluruh ahli keluarga mereka. Pada suatu hari, seorang cikgu sekolah tadika bernama Yui pergi melawat anak muridnya bernama Toshio Saeki dirumahnya kerana tidak menghadirkan diri ke sekolah. Namun, apabila dia memasuk rumah tersebut, dirinya terjerumus di dalam situasi yang mengerikan yang pernah berlaku di kediaman tersebut pada 10 tahun yang lalu.

The Good, the Bad and the Grudge

• Japanese horror movies have a tendency to be presented in a non-chronological way so be prepared to do some timeline sorting out on your own.

• Audience get to see Toshio more here, half the time in human form but this only makes him even scarier.

• Toshio's back story does not make audience relate to him though, as his motives get a little too out there.

• There is a clever twist in the climax, it hits when the audience least expects it.

• It's a good movie for those who enjoy movies that mess with your mind without shoving the horrors right in your face.

• Even though the title says 3, this is actually the seventh instalment in the "Ju On" franchise.
