Watch this if you liked: “Tarzan” (1999)

The Good, the Bad and the Ape Man:

• The Tarzan portrayed in this movie is probably the best out of all the Tarzan films out there, as the character is very faithful to the original title character from the novel "Tarzan of the Apes" written by Edgar Rice Burroughs.

• Alexander Skarsgård is a natural in his role, and his chiselled features as well as six-pack abs, definitely help make his character look more convincing and attractive. Margot Robbie is very endearing as Jane, and both the males and females alike would find her a joy to watch on screen.

• Though the visual effects of the jungle scenery and the 18th century England is good, the apes however, do not look very realistic.

Trivia:

• Henry Cavill and Emma Stone were both offered to play the role of Tarzan and Jane respectively, but they turned it down due to their busy schedules.
