Inspired by Eto Mori`s novel "Colorful". In the movie, a wandering spirit meets a mysterious man called the Guardian, who tells him he has been granted a new home in a teenage boy`s body, Min, who is lying dead in the hospital`s morgue. Living in a new body is known as `homestay` and it is only temporary. For the spirit, he has 100 days to figure out who is responsible for Min`s death. Failure to do so will result in the spirit dying permanently and he will have to leave the homestay for eternity. However, he wants to stay in this body forever because he now leads a new life with Min`s family and he has also fallen in love with a girl, Pie.

Diinspirasikan dari novel "Colorful" nukilan Eto Mori. Ia berkisarkan tentang roh yang merayau terjumpa seorang lelaki misteri yang dipanggil Guardian, yang memberitahunya dia diberi peluang hidup dalam tubuh seorang remaja lelaki, Min, yang terbaring mati di rumah mayat hospital. Tinggal dalam tubuh baru dikenali sebagai 'homestay' dan ia hanya sementara. Untuk roh itu, dia mempunyai 100 hari untuk mencari siapa yang bertanggungjawab atas kematian Min. Kegagalan berbuat demikian akan menyebabkan roh itu mati dan dia perlu meninggalkan 'homestay' buat selama-lamanya. Bagaimanapun, dia mahu tinggal dalam tubuh itu buat selamanya kerana dia kini menjalani kehidupan baru dengan keluarga Min dan juga telah jatuh cinta dengan seorang gadis, Pie.
