Plagued by supernatural disturbances, the construction of Town Mall has to be stopped and it has since been abandoned for 10 years. Now, a well-known local property developer plans to rebuild and complete the abandoned building, hoping to turn it into a popular shopping mall in Seremban. Project manager Rusdi is tasked with overseeing the new project, even though he is sceptical to take it due to the incidents that happened a decade ago. While the rebuilding starts off fine, one day the same incidents from 10 years ago begin to happen again. When Rusdi himself starts experiencing disturbances, his wife Maria also gets haunted by a female ghost called Akma.

Akibat gangguan halus yang sering berlaku, pembinaan Town Mall terpaksa dihentikan dan sejak itu ia terbiar kosong selama 10 tahun. Kini, sebuah syarikat pemaju hartanah tempatan merancang untuk membina semula dan menyiapkan bangunan terbiar itu, dengan harapan untuk menjadikannya sebuah pusat beli belah terkenal di Seremban. Pengurus projek iaitu Rusdi ditugaskan untuk memantau projek baru itu, walaupun dia berasa ragu-ragu untuk mengambil alih projek berkenaan apabila memikirkan kejadian-kejadian yang berlaku sedekad lalu. Pada awalnya pembinaan itu berjalan dengan lancar, sehinggalah suatu hari kejadian sama dari 10 tahun lalu berlaku semula. Apabila Rusdi mula merasai sendiri gangguan itu, isterinya Maria turut diganggu hantu wanita bernama Akma.
