20 years after the incident experienced by Adi and his friends in Jatijajar, Jin Ummu Sibyan terrorises children in a village again, this time in Giritirto. Yogo, Dewo, and Wulan along with 5 other children are involved in a brawl at a soccer match between the main and reserve players. Losing in the brawl, they rush back to the village at dusk. Throughout their journey they cursed the main football team to be hit by a disaster. Without them realising, they had raised a disaster like the Jatijajar incident. This time it was crazier and more gripping, in the middle of the forest and the cold night, Ummu Sibyan possessed one of them to hunt down the lives of children without mercy.

20 tahun selepas berlakunya insiden pada Adi dan rakan-rakannya di Jatijajar, Jin Ummu Sibyan kembali mengganas terhadap kanak-kakak yang tinggal di sebuah kampung, kali ini di Giritirto. Yogo, Dewo, dan Wulan bersama lima lagi kanak-kanak lain terlibat dalam sebuah pergaduhan dalam perlawanan bola sepak. Selepas kalah dalam pergaduhan itu, mereka segera pulang ke kampung mereka pada waktu maghrib. Dalam perjalanan pulang, mereka menyumpah agar lawan mereka ditimpa bencana. Tanpa mereka sedari, mereka telah menyebabkan sebuah bencana sama seperti insiden Jatijajar. Kali ini ia lebih teruk, di mana di tengah-tengah hutan pada waktu malam, Jin Ummu Sibyan merasuk salah seorang daripada mereka untuk memburu nyawa kanak-kanak lain tanpa belas kasihan.
